Wine lovers, follow Myriam through the vineyards, to learn more about the cycle of the vine, the viticultural landscapes and the terroir of Vouvray.
She will then take you to the cellar and to the troglodyte cellar to show you the vinification and the traditional method used for the elaboration of fine bubbles wines. You will then do a tasting of six wines from Vouvray/Touraine/Loire. In-depth tasting or blind tasting, you will also have the pleasure of working on food and wine pairings, thanks to the regional dishes that will be served to you: fish rillettes from the Loire, cheeses and charcuterie from Touraine, nougat from Tours or macaroon from Cormery...
