In Brittany, seaweed is eaten and is an integral part of the diet. Annaick, your guide, will teach you what she knows about seaweeds, their culinary and medicinal virtues during a walk on the foreshore of the beaches of Cancale.

The walk will end with a tasting workshop with seaweed as the main ingredient. From the collection to the tasting, Annaïck will initiate you to the techniques to prepare a seaweed tartar.
