Meet Magali, your local host, in her cooking school, a stone's throw from the Machines de l'île, in the center of Nantes. She will present you with ideas for simple and quick appetizers. You will discover light, easy and tasty appetizer recipes, under the sign of zero waste.
You will learn how to make your own chips, but also "express" aperitif verrines and lacto-fermented products such as radish, cucumber or red cabbage pickles! Have fun, taste and enjoy. The only watchword: no waste!

I trained in Nutrition at the University of Rennes, where I obtained a DU in Nutrition and Metabolic Diseases.
